Our objective is to provide a transparent, safe, and seamless checkout experience for all customers purchasing our modern ceramic vases.

1. Currency of Transaction

All prices displayed on blnxg.shop and all transactions processed at checkout are denominated in USD (United States Dollars).
For international customers, including our primary market in Singapore: If your credit card or bank account uses a different local currency (such as SGD), the final amount charged will be calculated based on your card issuer's or bank's current foreign exchange rate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees or bank charges that your financial institution may apply.

2. Accepted Methods of Payment

We provide secure payment gateways to safeguard your billing security. We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Digital Wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where available).

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank wire transfers, personal checks, or mail-in money orders.

3. Payment Processing and Security

Immediate Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged immediately upon successful placement of your order. You will receive an automated Order Confirmation email within minutes of checkout.
Data Security: To ensure your payment information is secure, all billing data is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway provided by Shopify. We do not store, view, or retain your full credit card digits or sensitive financial credentials on our servers.

4. Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions conducted at our online store.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us if we detect signs of potential fraud, unauthorized activity, or billing discrepancies.
In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Sales Tax and Import Duties

For Singapore Customers: All product prices shown on the website exclude any potential local import duties, customs clearance fees, or Goods and Services Tax (GST) that may be levied by Singapore Customs when your ceramic vase package arrives in the country. Payment of these local charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Because we aim to fulfill and pack our fragile ceramic products rapidly to ensure delivery within 7-13 days, you can only request an order cancellation within 6 hours of making the purchase.

To cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@blnxg.shop.
Once an order has shifted into the processing or shipping status, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard Return and Refund Policy upon receiving the item.

7. Refunds and Billing Discrepancies

All authorized refunds will be issued directly back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to appear on your financial statement, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
